Woodlands South is an underground station on the Thomson-East Coast Line.
History[]
Woodlands South was announced by the Land Transport Authority in 2014 as part of the new line. As part of Stage 1, Woodlands South would be the terminus, whilst Woodlands North being the other one. Once Caldecott opens, Woodlands South wouldn't be the terminus anymore. Other names were 'Champions Way' and 'Woodgrove'. The station then opened on the 31st of January 2020.
